It is only when we are healthy that we can be the core – the center – of something else which is healthy.
Our relationships cannot be healthy if we are not.
Our relationships with Each Other cannot be healthy if we are not.
Our relationship with Nature cannot be healthy if we are not.
Our relationship with God, Source, All That Is cannot be healthy if we are not.
What is our primary relationship? It is our relationship with our Self.
Our woundedness – no matter how small and minor or huge and gaping – distorts our experiences of everything else.
Our woundedness has us relate to others in a wounded way.
Our woundedness has us relate to the Earth in a wounded way.
Our woundedness has us relate to our Divinity in a wounded way. We doubt our Divinity[1]. We feel shame in relation to it. We perceive ourselves as small. Impure. Undeserving. And then we compensate for this wounded mis-perception of ourselves with grandiose behavior. We believe that Earth is here to serve us. That we are her masters. That she is our slave.
As we heal our inner wounding, we discover that there are no masters, and no slaves. We re-discover that everything is equal. That our co-creative existence is our source of joy. Shared joy. We are happy because all is well.
[1] We are all Divine beings. Each of us is an aspect of the Source. We are more benevolently powerful and potent than we imagine – as long as our wounds filter this, our True Nature, from our perception.

Questions to Ponder: How would you describe your relationship with your Self, with Others, with Nature, with Life? Is it respect-ful, joy-us, caring, wonder-full – or is it drab, discriminatory, critical, afraid?
Are you interested in 1-1 support in exploring this further?
