We are only truly human as we allow our emotions to flow through us – uninterrupted – like elixirs cleansing us and delivering us into each new moment, ‘Now’.

A being who does not feel emotions is not a human.  They are an entirely different race.

As you begin to access your anger with ease – allowing it to flow Constructively, respecting the ‘3 Ground Rules’ – you will transform your life and those around you.  You will tap into liberation – the key to enlightenment.
